Frequently asked questions
At Leavenly, we ship our pizza dough frozen so it arrives in the same fresh condition it left our kitchen. Every order goes out via express cold shipping and is packed with dry ice to keep your dough frozen in transit.
Your total delivery time is handling time + transit time, so most orders arrive within 2–4 business days of being placed.

Frequently asked questions
To avoid your dough possibly starting to thaw out, we won't let your package sit in a warehouse over the weekend. If your order would otherwise be in transit across a weekend, we may hold it and ship it at the beginning of the following week instead. This keeps your dough moving and frozen the whole way, rather than stalled in a facility for days.
Every order is packed with dry ice inside insulated packaging and sent via express cold shipping. This keeps the dough frozen throughout its short 1–2 day transit.
Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide and is safe when handled properly:

In most cases, yes. Our dough is designed to travel, and short exposure during the final leg of delivery is normal. If the dough is still cold and firm, refreeze or refrigerate it and it will be fine to use.
If your dough arrives fully thawed, warm, or damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at support@leavenlydough.com or via the chat button with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
We currently ship within the continental United States.
